About the Role
This role is an excellent opportunity for a team player with a positive attitude, excellent communication, and administrative support skills work to work in a fast-paced, growing company in the music financial industry. In this role, you will perform data entry tasks to support our Data Management and Sales teams while assisting our customer support team. In addition, this position performs general administrative tasks for the Executive team and the office.
Role Responsibilities
- Provides administration assistance to Executive Management in addition to general company administrative tasks
- Responsible for updating customer information and data entry in Salesforce, a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
- Assist the Royalty Support team with real-time customer support, including, but not limited to answering phones, sending emails, triaging customer issues, facilitating between relevant departments, and escalating when necessary
- General support to the sales staff through the preparation of reports and materials
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Time-management skills and adaptability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
- Data entry skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Customer service experience
- 2-3 years of administrative experience is preferred, but not required
- Prior experience working with CRM is an asset, but not required
- Ability to be resourceful
- Accountable, a self-starter, strong attention to detail

About the Role
Excellent opportunity for a team-player with a positive attitude and excellent communication and administrative support skills to work in a fast-paced, growing company in the music financial industry. In this role, you will act in a supportive role for senior members of the Sales Team (“Royalty Specialists”) and the Managing Director of Sales that will lead to an increase in production, timely tracking and monitoring of leads, and an elevated customer experience. You will assist our sales team with general administrative tasks via phone and email, provide database support to our research team, and general office management duties.
Role Responsibilities
- Support senior Royalty Specialists as measured in production from 2022.
- Cultivate a positive customer experience by working with music Creatives and their key influencers (managers, lawyers, business managers, etc.,) to ensure all deliverables are reviewed and addressed promptly.
- Outreach to Royalty Specialist’s existing customer base to maintain relationships and drive repeat business / referrals.
- Field calls and ensure same-day responses as needed.
- Document collection both in the form of initial contact and/or follow-up.
- Handle 2-Factor Authentication (“2FA”) by working with customers to schedule access to their account(s).
- Submit repeat deal (“upsize”) requests.
- Enter lists from events and send follow-up emails.
- Handle downloading of PDF/CSV statements and files for review and submission.
- Assist with deal related “pending items” to ensure effective funding timelines.
- Schedule pitch / closing calls.
- Perform administrative outreach as needed.
- Track and keep current all sales-related activities in the company CRM system.
- Attend weekly Sales Meeting.
Preferred Candidate Skillset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and communicate with a smile
- 2-3 years of experience in supporting a customer facing role, preferably in a sales, banking, or financial services environment.
- Prior experience working with CRM is an asset, but not required
